ONLINE TUITION FEES

Non-Refundable Enrollment Fee:

$100 enrollment fee is required per family for new students and $50 for returning students if they register before May 1st.

Online Home School Program:

$1,200/year or $100/month.The $1,200 tuition fee is per grade level and only covers 5 subjects. Additional subjects or electives are not included in this fee.  For only $100 per month, your student will received a full sphere of online resources: SOS license, online lessons, teachers & hot-line support, electronic weekly progress reports, quarterly reports, and report card/transcript at the end of school year.

FOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS: Grades 9-12 are required to take 7 credits per year. The $1,200 tuition fee only covers the 5 core subjects. Electives are an extra fee which can be divided over the selected payment plan. Fortunately, students can choose if they would like to take the electives online with SCA at $150/credit or outside our program at $25/credit. Electives such as band/string orchestra, piano lessons, foreign language, working out, sports, home economics, choir, etc. can be registered with our program at $25/credit if 150 hours are documented by a supervisor.

SCA Online Electives:

$150 per credit (view a list of electives offered at SCA).

Homeschool Elective Courses:

$25/credit to register credits outside of our curriculum such as P.E., Art, Music, etc.

TAKING LESS THAN 5 CREDITS: If you would like to take less than our 5 core subjects, the cost per credit is $400. The best thing to do is take all 5 core subjects with us because the cost per credit comes down to $240.

Multiple Student Discount:

1st student receives 0%.

2nd student receives 5%.

3rd and following students receive 10% off tuition.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:
1. Full upfront tuition payment: 5% tuition discount.

2. Upfront Semester Payments: 2% discount.

3. Tuition divided over a 12 month billing cycle that starts on August 20th and billed on the 20th every month after that.

TRANSFER STUDENTS:

Start paying $100/month when your student begins school until the end of the billing cycle - July 20th. 

LATE FEES AND NSF ACTIVITY:

Your account will be charged a $28 fee for late payments or for not having sufficient funds.

DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS:

If your account is 30 days late, you need to bring account current or withdraw your child.

WITHDRAWAL OF A STUDENT:

A 10% withdrawal fee will be applied on your tuition if your child is withdrawn after 30 days.

SCHOOL RECORDS:

School records will not be released until your account is current.
