Slavic Christian Academy is operated by Board of Directors of Northwest Association of Slavic Baptist Churches who, in cooperation with the leadership of churches, oversees all school operations, appoint the district superintendent and school administrators, provide guidance in hiring teachers and oversight of all school financial operations and management.

Reason for Existence:
The Bible delegates to two agencies the responsibility for training young people, the family
and the church. The Bible commands us to obey God (Matt.22:37 40, John 14:23) and the authorities
 (Romans 13).

The government requires all children to attend an organized education program. Therefore, the role of NWASBC Education Department is to assist the family and the church in their responsibilities of training up godly young people while satisfying government requirements for education as long as they don't conflict with God's commands.
