Slavic Christian Academy is a member of Association of Christian School International (ACSI), approved by Washington & Oregon Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI & ODE), and granted the provisional accreditation by the Northwest Accreditation Commission (NWAC).

 

As a provisionally accredited school, SCA enjoys all rights and responsibilities of being regionally and internationally recognized as an online private Christian school. The Northwest Accreditation Commission is acknowledged by the United States Department of Education.

Educational experience inclusive of lesson planning and classroom management is required. Familiarity with the A Beka Curriculum preferred, but not required. The classroom teacher should be responsible for teaching all subject areas to a small class (12-16 students).  We desire a dependable, mature, and responsible person who is able to integrate their love for Christ with their teaching. Our school operates on a traditional school year calendar (early Sept – mid June). Bachelor's degree and teaching credential required. Salary based on education and experience. Position begins August 15th, 2010.
